Restrict Prod Access

SQLBench helps restrict access to production databases by allowing many tasks to be completed via our web portal which previously required access to production servers.

• CPU & memory resource utilisation
• Identifying slow queries
• SQL Agent job execution
• Backup completion
• SQL Server error logs
• Checking available disk space
• Inspecting database object structures, including:
  • Tables
  • Indexes
  • Stored Procedures
  • Views
  • Triggers
  • Files
  • FileGroups

These tasks can all be performed remotely via the SQLBench Web Portal instead of giving production access to individuals.

SQLBench also allows historic analysis of the above rather than just the "present" view available by accessing production systems.
